Gov. John Hickenlooper on Friday announced he was making two appointments to his communications office. The governor’s new director of strategic communications will be Marie Logsden, and his new press secretary will be Jacque Montgomery, his office said. They start work on Monday, Feb. 22.
A former caucus director in the Colorado Senate, Sami Davis has joined Sewald Hanfling as an associate for state and local affairs. Davis previously served as the caucus director for the Colorado Senate Majority. In that role, she supported Senate Republican leadership by overseeing aides, coordinating outreach and managing public events.
