General Assembly of Idiots, you fail yet again. Instead of raising the gas tax and the taxes on those who use the roads, you propose to tax all sales more. I support raising the gas tax; I do not support raising the sales tax. Winston Churchill once said that “You can always count on the Americans to do the right thing after they have tried everything else”, but that was before the full flowering of idiocracy here. If this stupidity fails at the polls, they will blame it on TABOR, of course, and not their own incompetence, as always.
