Justice Dept. accuses Colorado firm of discriminating against U.S. workers

The Justice Department is suing Loveland-based Crop Production Services on a claim that it discriminated against American job applicants by hiring Mexicans instead. The lawsuit names three Americans who say they were passed over for the seasonal jobs operating farm equipment in favor of foreigners with H-2A visas, also known as guest workers.
