Democrats announce first leg of a statewide bus tour

The Democrats are coming to a town near you as Election Day approaches.

The state party released a schedule of stops Thursday afternoon, saying it’s the first leg of the statewide campaign.

The tour begins Tuesday with a Denver kickoff and watch party for the last gubernatorial debate,  before campaign events with Sen. Bernie Sanders in Boulder and Fort Collins the next day. The bus tour rolls into the high country on Thursday, down the Western Slope and ends up in Pueblo the next Sunday.
