Progressive groups rupture, oppose ColoradoCare

Calling it a “well-intentioned but flawed proposal,” a leading progressive organization has decided to oppose the ColoradoCare amendment that would create a state-run health care program. The board of directors of ProgressNow Colorado voted to oppose Amendment 69 on the Colorado general election ballot, despite broad agreement with the ColoradoCare campaign’s stated goals.
